Welcome to the Loft; our top-floor retreat offering around 150 square metres of thoughtfully designed living space. The open-plan kitchen and lounge area invite you to unwind and settle in, while three generously sized bedrooms provide a restful night’s sleep. The master bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom, and a shared spacious bathroom includes laundry facilities for added comfort. From the barn, a private staircase leads you to the apartment entrance, where a welcoming hallway guides you past the main bathroom and master bedroom into the heart of the home – a bright, open living area that connects seamlessly to the balcony and second and third bedrooms.

Welcome to the Scheune Etage, a refined first-floor retreat offering approximately 175 square metres of traditionally appointed farmhouse living. Upon entering, you are welcomed into a spacious open-plan dining and kitchen area that serves as the heart of the apartment. To the left of the entrance, you’ll find the first of three generously proportioned bedrooms, along with the first of two bathrooms. Continuing through the kitchen, a broad central hallway provides access to an expansive balcony, lounge, the main bathroom, the utility room, and the two additional bedrooms. The master bedroom features a dedicated dressing room with its own direct access to the balcony. The kitchen, lounge, and master bathroom each frame uninterrupted views of the Chiemgau Alps, transforming even a simple moment at the sink into an experience of remarkable alpine scenery.
